The cooling water volume ranges from 5 cubic meters per hour to several thousand cubic meters per hour. Large towers can be installed in a modular manner, reducing the land occupation area. All tower types of our company are new, efficient, energy-saving, and low-noise towers.


Features


(1) The tower body is made of high-quality fiberglass, offering high strength, excellent aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and light weight. The surface gel coat has the characteristics of bright color, gloss, and no fading.
(2) The fan blade is a special fan blade designed for cooling. The material is aluminum alloy. It has the characteristics of reasonable tower matching, large air volume, low noise, high efficiency, stable operation, uniform wind speed, low power consumption, and long life.
(3) The motor adopts a special motor for an outdoor vertical fully enclosed cooling water tower. It has the advantages of good waterproofness, energy saving, high efficiency, and long life.
(4) The water distribution system water head is composed of cast copper and nylon. The water distribution pipe is made of nylon or fiberglass, which is flexible in rotation, corrosion-resistant, and evenly distributes water.
(5) The heat sink is made of polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene, depending on the temperature of the hot water entering the tower. The shape is a corrugated oblique type, which can effectively increase the contact area between hot water and air and effectively extend the heat exchange time between the two.
